At 415 square feet on the 9th floor, a loft-style window frames clear north views over the Fashion District, and the space works harder than its size suggests. Inside you get 9-foot ceilings, laminate floors, granite counters, and stainless appliances. The Murphy bed with built-in storage is the move here - full living room by day, proper bedroom by night, no compromise on either. The bathroom fits a soaker tub, the kitchen has a real pantry, and ensuite laundry means you skip the building machines entirely. The Morgan is the kind of building you actually want to come home to. Art-deco inspired architecture, a curved-staircase lobby, and 24-hour concierge set the tone. Up top, a rooftop with Weber BBQs and 360-degree skyline views, CN Tower included. Gym, yoga studio, theatre, billiards, party room, guest suites, and visitor parking round it out, and the amenities here are well-maintained and genuinely useful. Location doesn't get better. Walk Score of 100, with King West, Queen West, and the Entertainment District right outside. Streetcar at the corner, Loblaws five minutes on foot, and the Financial District a quick walk or short ride away. Owned locker included. Tenant covers tenant insurance, internet, and hydro.
