Welcome to 14 Junkin Street! A beautiful 1937 Craftsman Bungalow situated on one of the prettiest streets in the neighbourhood. The front yard is beautifully landscaped and in great Craftsman style, a beautiful covered sitting porch to enjoy! When entering the home, the first word that will likely pop into your head is METICULOUS! The love, restoration, and care of the same homeowners since 1987 can be truly felt! The original hardwood floors run throughout the majority of the main floor. The spacious living room could easily be transformed into a combined living-dining room if the current room used for formal dining is repurposed as a main-floor office or additional bedroom. Multiple windows, wall sconce lighting, and a beautiful electric fireplace are also lovely highlights of the living room. The kitchen restoration captures the era of this build beautifully! From the stunning cork flooring to the custom kitchen cabinetry that was created, replicating the style of the original cupboard doors.
