Great house in a terrific neighbourhood. 3 bedroom bungalow on quite street with backyard facing a public school. Large lot, (approx. 70x120), set in this established area is walking distance to all amenities including lake Ontario. Enjoy the cool breezes off the Lake Ontario. The kids can walk to public school and are not far form the high school While you have everything you may need close by, you are just a few minutes from all that Kingston has to offer. Enclosed porch is entrance to back door and also access to the yard. The lower level has been used as an in-law suite. It could have separate entrance if desired. There is a two piece bath downstairs that could be enlarged if needed.
