This wonderful property on Salerno Lake will help you journey back in time when cottaging was simple. Arrive in May to get ready for the Long Weekend, hook the water up and take a cold plunge then sit back and relax because there is nothing left to do! This 3 bedroom cottage is rustic and very cozy with huge deck that wraps around the side and front of the cottage to dine and relax while taking in the stunning view of Salerno Lake. It shows pride of ownership and is turn key, just pack groceries and your clothes and begin cottaging! Professionally built stairs and landings allow very easy access for all ages to the waterfront area where you'll find a great deck to sit and watch the kids swim or play horseshoes along the grassy level area or start that campfire if it is a little chilly! Salerno Lake is 4 km long and boasts great boating, water activities and fishing opportunities. As a bonus there are several outbuildings including 2 sheds 10x10 and 8x8 all in perfect condition behind the cottage and the 3rd one is lakeside to keep all the necessities close to the water! Accessed by a year round private road you could easily insulate for year round use but as it is now it is a 3 season cottage to enjoy.
