This park will not be bought by a big corporation with rising fees. If you are seriously looking to buy, you can afford this. Fully updated with added Florida room in 2024. New roof . You can stay full time from April 1st to October 31st. Great for snowbirds. You may also use your trailer for 3 days in any given week in the "off season". This is perfect for local ice fishing on Lake Simcoe ( 2 minutes away), skidooing, cross country skiing etc.This park model has high ceilings and you don't feel cramped.
