The Tenants can keep the lawn in good condition and shall keep the sidewalks in front and at the sided of the premises free of snow and ice. Built-In Dishwasher located on the premises is provided as a courtesy by the Landlord and is not included as part of the rental agreements inclusions. The Landlord makes no representations or warranties regarding its condition, functionality, or continued operation. The Tenant acknowledges that the Landlord is not responsible for the repair, maintenance, or replacement of the dishwasher. Any servicing or replacement required during the tenancy shall be at the Tenants sole expense, should they choose to do so. Currently Tenanted - Pl give 2 hours notice in advance
