The M2 light industrial zoning permits many varied uses including associated open storage. Manufacturing, warehousing, building supplies etc. The current use is former CFIA certified food processing facility situated on appox 6.1 acres of land. Lot area permits expansion. The building has the necessary infrastructure required for food processing/ manufacturing. Including but not limited to, ammonia refrigeration systems, floor drains with a DAF wastewater treatment. Note that there is a mechanical mezzanine of 4,917 sq. ft. It is in addition to the quoted area of the building.
